Chromosome numeral or structural variants can result in a person with disorders such as Down syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome, and DiGeorge syndrome. Pregnancy at an advanced age increases the fetal risk of chromosomal abnormality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7b5b\u68c0\u6216\u8d85\u97f3\u6ce2\u68c0\u67e5\u80ce\u513f\u5f02\u5e38\u540e\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u7ebf\u8bca\u65ad\u68c0\u6d4b\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SNP microarray has been established as a useful diagnostic tool in pregnancy to detect fetal chromosomal abnormality.
